Therapeutic massage specialises in the treatment of strains, sprains, muscular spasms and joint disorders and general muscular complaints.

How Does it work?

Physical manipulation of the muscles causes direct effects on the circulatory system, increasing blood and lymph flow and stimulating detoxification.

Is it Safe?

The treatment itself is considered to be very safe although as with all therapies certain contra-indications can exist. Therefore massage may not be suitible for all patients, Rosemary will, of course, advise you if this is the case and suggest other treatments.
